All 2024 and newer Troxus e-bikes individual Covered Components, are protected against all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for 5 Years or 5,000 miles* after receipt of the e-bike by the customer. This Limited Warranty is only applicable to United States e-bike purchases and in accordance with the manufacturer terms and conditions.

SERVICE AND HELP CENTER

You can pick up your bike directly from our store or purchase online, with delivery expected within 8-10 business days. Our in-store service includes professional assembly and testing by our experts, so your bike is ready to ride the moment you pick it up!

We also offer a dedicated Help Center with detailed guides and instructions for using various Troxus models. Our goal is to make it easy for you to learn everything you need about your bike and get the most out of your Troxus experience!
